Since the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) was founded nearly 50 years ago its remit has widened to support the evolving needs of members in recruiting and developing early talent. In response, the Association changed its name to the Institute of Student Employers (ISE). We were privileged to develop the new corporate identity.
The identity builds on the ISE’s brand promise
It was important the new identity upheld the corporate characteristics of an Institute – authority, business-like without losing the modern and personable qualities successfully established by the AGR. The solution was a careful balance between the two. The identity builds on the brand promise of a member based organisation with the building blocks for employers to access the best student talent, thinking and advocacy.
