Watson Farley & Williams’ challenge was clear. Improve perceptions, improve quality of graduate applications. And achieve this by developing an engaging campaign to attract the lawyers of the future.
The law firm offered a wealth of opportunities to graduates wanting to experience working at an international firm with a strong sector focus. Its six-seat training contract guaranteed an international secondment, a small intake, and high-quality work, all as part of a carefully crafted programme to attract the best graduates.
From this strategy, the ‘Your focus is our focus’ theme was born. We brought this to life across online and print media. New impactful photography featured heavily. Our focus was to showcase individual stories by putting them in the spotlight and make real the firm’s modern and friendly culture. The new design was true to the corporate brand while appealing to graduates. We rolled out the campaign across website, videos, social posts, exhibition panels and posters.
