Three to four years is the normal life span for most attraction campaigns. What was fresh and impactful can become tired and outdated unless addressed. This was the challenge law firm Marriott Harrison set us.
Having produced the firm’s 2022/23 trainee campaign we’ve been tasked by Marriott Harrison to keep it evolving as the firm develops and grows each year. For the 2023/24 recruitment season, we built upon the foundation of the perpetual theme of ‘space ….’ and the core brand feel of black and white, overlayed with fresh colours using the firm’s muted secondary colour palette. The approach, along with fresh photography to capture the firm’s newest trainees adds currency and zest to the firm’s messaging to potential trainees, ranging from the website to social and digital applications. Our approach shows how small ideas can make a good idea even better.
